All radiators and heated towel rails in our collection come with a comprehensive 5-Year Warranty, provided the product is registered with us upon purchase. This includes 2 years parts and labour cover, followed by an additional 3 years parts-only cover, giving you peace of mind and assurance in the quality of your investment. For commercial or public installations, a 1-year warranty applies to all radiators and heated towel rails, covering both parts and labour.

Our accessory range, including valves, towel hangers, radiator feet, and pipe sets, is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

For a complete list of terms and conditions, please contact us directly. All measurements are provided in millimetres and, along with images and technical drawings, are intended for guidance purposes only. Please note that colours may vary slightly from those shown due to printing and screen differences. We reserve the right to update or modify product specifications without prior notice.
Due to standard manufacturing tolerances, pipe centres on radiators and towel rails may vary by ±10mm. As such, we strongly recommend that no pipework is installed or altered until the radiator or towel rail is delivered and on-site.
